We are W J Winn Funeral Directors in Cornwall, and we have supported the families in our community from our funeral homes in Hayle & St. Ives since 1978.
It has always been paramount to us that the quality of our service is second to none. We see it as our duty and privilege to help make a difficult time a little easier for every family in our care. These family values have always remained at the heart of all that we do.
We take pride in our funeral homes and their facilities; we maintain them to the highest standards and make sure they are a welcoming place of comfort for anyone who wants to visit us. Our Hayle funeral home had a new arrangement room built and a refurbished frontage in 2015, and our St. Ives funeral home is soon to receive these developments too. We also have an impeccable Mercedes fleet which families are welcome to choose for a funeral procession.
Our community is important to us at W J Winn, so we do all that we can to get involved with local events and support charities for a good cause. On Royal National Lifeboat Institution day in St. Ives, our team help by selling raffle gifts, sponsor gifts and match fund sums raised in various areas. We have also sponsored a Hayle rugby match.
We are a well-known and valued part of our community in Cornwall, with many families putting entrusting us with their loved ones’ funeral arrangements. We have planned and conducted funeral services for military figures, famous athletes and relatives of renowned musicians.
