Sarah, our funeral director, and the team at William Jordan & Son made the whole process of my mother's funeral straightforward, empathetic and dignified. We were provided with all necessary information about the choice of caskets, flowers, music, order of service and anticipated costs. All arrangements were made for booking of crematorium, transport, printing and catering. On the day, everything went very smoothly with no delays or complications. At all times, Sarah made sure we were fully informed about progress and communication was timely and easy to understand. This funeral went as well as possible for such sad occasions.

This is the third time in 7 years that I have been required to use the services of William Jordan and sons in Cupar. Each time the support from the staff there has been excellent. I cannot praise them enough. From the initial contact through the selection of the services needed, Order of Service, flowers, suggesting a Celebrant as my Mother wanted hymns sung, arranging the Internment at the Cemetery. Everything is so professional. If I was asked to recommend a Funeral Director I would have no hesitation in recommending William Jordan in Cupar.

We cannot thank Devin and Sarah enough for all of their help throughout the process of helping to organise my mothers funeral. We had a pearl pre paid plan in place already, which was so much help when the time came, our director Devin went over every single aspect in person with us, from choosing flowers, colours, stationary, coffin, scatter tube for ashes, celebrant, and was extremely accommodating when it came to the music too. One of the floral tributes that we wanted was a little out of the ordinary, a Manchester bee, we were absolutely blown away with how special it was when we saw it, so much care, detail and attention. The special little touches of the sunflowers with ribbons from the grandchildren were amazing too. From beginning to end it was very clear that nothing was too much trouble. On the day we said our goodbyes, we were collected by limousine which was really lovely, everything was explained to us that would happen every step of the way, we all felt completely as ease the whole time. The service was simply beautiful, so personal and respectful, we couldn't of asked for anything more perfect. Thank you to Devin and all of the team for everything they did for us, and for giving our mum the send off that she so deserved, it is something that we will never ever forget.
