You don't have to make an appointment at our funeral homes. However, doing so will ensure that someone can be available to cater to your needs. When arranging a funeral, our Funeral Directors are happy to visit you in your own home, if required.

Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.

If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.

Dignity Funeral Plans let you pay for your funeral in advance and at today's price. It's a way of taking control of the unexpected, setting out the arrangements and limiting the costs by paying for the services included in the funeral plan upfront.

We are a member of the National Association of Funeral Directors and as such we abide by The Funeral Director Code. We also have a legal obligation to try and ensure the person who is arranging a funeral has the right to do so, or has permission from those who do.

If you are aware that someone has been appointed as the administrator, you should only arrange the funeral with this person's agreement.

If there is no Will or Letters of Administration, then the responsibility would pass to the next of kin.

I had the most fantastic experience with dignity funerals following the sudden death of my husband in June 2022 and with the help and support from Dignity funerals, he had the ‘perfect’ send off.

Initially I arranged to speak to Jacqueline (funeral arranger)who was very professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, caring and supportive. She offered sound advise and guidance of the funeral service provided whilst ensuring that I made the correct choices and funeral plan for my husband. Jacqueline arranged the whole funeral from the death notice, viewings at the parlour, funeral mass, order of service, the Pipers and the reception ensuring that our family didn’t have to worry about speaking to numerous people at such a sad time. Jacqueline was very respectful thoughtout ensuring that all decisions were made at my pace without any undue stress or worry. In addition, Jacqueline offered reassurance and made regular telephone contact to check in with us and keep us up to date with arrangements and viewing times. Extended viewing times were arranged to allow family and friends additional time to say their farewell, especially those who travelled from around the world for the funeral.

The funeral director made contact prior to the funeral to introduce himself and ensure that I was happy with the arrangements, as well as, to ask if we required any additional support. This was a lovely gesture from a fantastic and well organised team. The funeral cars were beautiful and spotlessly clean, the drivers were appropriately dressed, supportive and professional throughout offering support when required.

I would 100% recommend Dignity funerals for families. The service we received was exceptional and of a very high standard from the initial planning to the aftercare.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart

God Bless 🙏

Pauline Kelly.
