You don't have to make an appointment at our funeral homes. However, doing so will ensure that someone can be available to cater to your needs. When arranging a funeral, our Funeral Directors are happy to visit you in your own home, if required.

Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.

If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.

To organise my Dad's funeral I made contact by telephone and all the arrangements were made with Helen. At at very difficult time she was able to get the practicalities done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. But it was more than that; our family trusted her very quickly and that made us worry less about the funeral. She organised everything from venues to singers to priests, viewings, legalities, cars, graves and orders of service. I couldn't have asked for more.

On the day of the funeral everything went well, because it was well organised. The cars were very comfortable and punctual and the drivers knew when to speak and when to keep quiet.

They are funeral directors....they direct. They look after you. They know how to manage you on that terribly sad day and it eases the burden on you quite considerably.

I'm endlessly grateful for the dignified manner in which everyone at Joseph Potts went about their business because it's what my Dad deserved and it was what I expected.
